Mt. Vernon

This last weekend we visited Mt. Vernon and it was so nice to see everyone! 

Also Hadley had her 15 month checkup on Monday. She weighted 23.7 lbs (75%). She was 31 inches long (75%). She is growing like a weed. She also had to get four shots. Poor girl. 

Getting Settled

Finally we are getting settled in our new life. I will be glad when school starts. I am ready to get back into our normal routine.   The other day Bailey came over and played with Hadley Rae. They had a great time. Hadley is very picky with her hugs but she gave Bailey a lot of them!!!! They will be going to the same babysitter so I thought it would be good for them to play together!!!

The McMullen's visit

Yesterday the McMullen's came to the house to visit. The girls were so so excited to see each other.  They played very hard all day!  They jumped on the trampoline, played in the pool, and played in Hadley's room. I felt so bad for Hadley this morning because she woke up saying Reese and continued all day!  I also was so excited to see Sheree. I sure do miss them! And Garrett and Jaxon. Boy is he a big boy!

Finger paint

Today I made some finger paint for Hadley. After her 3 hour nap I thought I would let her make a mess but to my surprise she did really well with the paint. 

After fingerprinting she played awhile, and I turned around to see her vacuuming the  floor. (Of course with her own vacuum) She vacuumed the kitchen, the living room and her room. She made sure to get the corners too!!! She has watched me too much! 

She was trying to cool off!!!!

She got really sleepy today at lunch. 

Rouner visits

Yesterday Rouner came to visit and Hadley was so excited to see her. When Hadley saw her she just laughed!!!! Of course Rouner spoiled her with tropical ice and lots of love. These two love each other so much. Rouner got Hadley new  shoes yesterday and you would of thought Hadley was in heaven. She loves trying on shoes. She was so excited to get new shoes. She just pranced around the house in them! 

Water

Hadley loves water; out of a hose, in the bath, or in a pool. Here lately she has been trying to turn on the water but she has not had much luck. I am sure she will figure it out soon. Then we better watch out!!!!

A morning out with daddy

This morning we went with daddy to haul some cows to the sale barn. When I told Hadley daddy was going to stop by and pick us up she went and got her shoes immediately.  Then when daddy got to the house he needed to unsaddle the horses. So miss Hadley Rae got to ride snort. She loved that! While loading the cows I had to help Austin and Hadley sat in the truck. When I came back she was laughing and smiling. I guess she could hear us loading the cows. 

Hadley woke up with some crazy hair this morning!
