Little Miss Independent

Hadley is growing up so fast, just like all kids. She is so long though, and we had to move her from her baby car seat to a big girl rear facing car seat. I thought it was going to be very difficult because Hadley loved her car seat. When she was fussy, all she wanted was her car seat. We would actually feed her in her seat as well. So I thought, o great we are never going to get a bottle down her when we are out somewhere. Well she has found ways to cope. At home she had a rocking chair that she would drink a bottle in. Since we took her baby car seat away, she decided on her own she was too big for her rockingchair as well. Now she sits on the floor to drink her bottle. From day one she has never really liked anyone to feed her, her bottles. I don't know how we got such an independent baby. Sometimes it really makes me sad, because I just want to snuggle her. Nope she rarely wants to be held.

Also, Hadley is trying new textures of food. She started eating whole greenbeans. She loves them. From my previous blogs you know that she loves pickles. The other night she ate 3 pickle spears, and if I would have let her, she wouldhave ate more.

The other day I was in the kitchen and Hadley was playing in her toy box,and I heard a big bang. I instantly thought she was hurt. O no, she wasslamming down her toys out of the toy box. Hadley is a little on thedestructive side. She also got a new dump truck this weekend, and loves it! Sheplays more like a boy than a girl. I am concerned with that, but her daddy isloving it!
